Michael’s mandate is to provide best-in-business service and results, and client satisfaction is the only measure of success.
Michael has been successfully assisting his investor and end-user clients purchase, sell and lease properties since 2006. Starting out in the burgeoning condominium pre-construction market, Michael lead development sales teams on projects throughout British Columbia. A move back to Toronto coincided with new opportunities, and he combined his sales and business experience with his background in renovating and constructing homes to assist clients in their search for a home or to sell their existing homes. He has an extensive understanding of Toronto’s micro-markets, exceptional strategic planning and negotiation skills, comprehensive knowledge of housing systems and mechanics, and brings both an analytical and intuitive approach to his real estate business.
Michael was born and raised in Toronto and has lived in Cabbagetown, Summerhill, The Annex, Midtown, and Lawrence Park. Michael currently lives in Rosedale with his wife Amy, daughter Poppy, and their dogs Zoe and Eloise.
