Our first office opened in Toronto with 5 real estate agents. In just over three decades, Chestnut Park's sales team has grown to over 400 agents with offices in Toronto, Muskoka, Huntsville, Gravenhurst, Haliburton, Collingwood, Owen sound, Wiarton, Prince Edward County, Northumberland, Erin/Caledon, and Stratford, to name a few.

In 2011, our affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate was formed, elevating the Chestnut Park brand to the forefront of Ontario's luxury real estate market. Through our exclusive partnership with Christie’s, our personalized service, discretion, and expert marketing, we provide clients with unparalleled access to the global real estate market. Today, our company continues to innovate with new technology designed to improve agent productivity, our marketing programs and customer experience.

1990
Founded in Toronto in 1990, Chestnut Park Real Estate Brokerage opened it’s first office in Toronto in 1990 with 5 Agents.
1994
In 1994, we established a presence in Port Carling to service the discerning Muskokan market. In the ten years that followed, our sales team grew to over 300 Agents.
2008
By 2008, Chestnut Park opened offices in the additional recreational markets of Collingwood & Prince Edward County.
2011
With significant access and experience to many premier and exclusive properties, we solidified our affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate in 2011, elevating the Chestnut Park brand further to the forefront of the Ontario Luxury market, while extending our reach to an international network providing added exposure and access to interested foreign buyers.
2021
In the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Chestnut Park expertly processed over 13 deals per day and set in motion efforts to root and expand our growth efforts across Ontario. Operating with a first-class management team supporting every Agent, Client and transaction.
