About Vince Artuso
Born and raised in Southern Italy, Vince spent his young adult years working in Germany, and traveling throughout Europe before embarking on a life-changing move to Canada in 1967.
After several years of living in Toronto, and with a desire for a lifestyle change, Vince moved his family to Sauble Beach after falling in love with the surroundings on the Bruce Peninsula, and hasn’t looked back in 43 years.
Along with his wife of 50 years, Bernice, they owned and operated a landmark food establishment “Vince’s Pizza” until their retirement from the restaurant business in 1990. Ready to pursue new interests, Vince simultaneously obtained his Ontario Real Estate license and was elected to sit as a Councillor of the former Amabel Township in 1989. He continued to serve in local politics for 9 years, holding additional seats as Deputy Reeve and Reeve, while building a thriving Real Estate business.
Celebrating 30 years this month as a Realtor®, Vince is currently the longest-serving active Sales Representative in Sauble Beach. He is known for going above and beyond to help his clients buy and/or sell their homes and businesses.
The biggest change in his career to date is joining his daughter Maria Elensky, a fellow Chestnut Park Sales Representative. Together, they will merge traditional and modern approaches to Real Estate, providing their clients with a personalized and complementary blend of their many individual and shared strengths.
In his downtime, Vince can be found spending quality time with family and friends, expressed through his extensive cooking & entertaining, fishing adventures with his 2 Grandsons, vacations in Florida with Bernice, and catching up on as many European Soccer matches as possible.
