Susan’s success in real estate is a product of her deep understanding of how to combine the financial and emotional aspects of the business stemming from her own extensive experience in real estate throughout her career.
She began her career in finance and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Her finance background gives her clients a distinct advantage, blending financial expertise with a strategic approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
Born and raised in Toronto, Susan has a deep belief in the city’s vibrancy, resilience, and long-term value. Her real estate practice spans both Toronto and Prince Edward County—two distinct markets where she sees tremendous opportunity.
Over the years, Susan has been directly involved in nearly every aspect of real estate—renovating homes, building income-generating properties, and guiding clients through everything from first-time purchases to complex investment portfolios. Her own journey led her to co-found one of Prince Edward County’s largest luxury vacation rental property management companies, turning passion into enterprise.
