About Susan Glenn

With an accomplished service record that has gained her a respected place as a 32-year member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Susan's scope of knowledge and experience in the Toronto Real Estate market is unparalled. Susan specializes in residential real estate in Toronto's Central Core which includes areas such as Rosedale, Yorkville, Davisville, Chaplin Estates and Forest Hill among others.

As a Representative with Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, Brokerage and during her 32-year career, Susan has established an exemplary service record representing hundreds of transactions buying, selling, leasing and investing in real estate, with an impressive 98% success rate in closing transactions.

No stranger to advertising and marketing, in a previous career, Susan headed up S. Glenn Associates, working closely with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Merck Frosst, Ciba-Geigy and Pfizer to name a few.

Susan has a 4 year Honours B.A.Sc in Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph including Design, Psychology, Economics, Marketing and Communications.
