About Sophi Giancola
I am so excited to be joining Chestnut Park in the Southern Georgian Bay area. My transition to the area has been many years in the making. In 2016 my husband and I bought a beautiful piece of property. Since then we have been designing and building our permanent home. I say permanent now, but truthfully when we started this journey it was going to be a vacation home. We soon realized that there is no better place to live. We wake up every day with so many choices of how we can enjoy our time. In the winter its ski, snowshoe, hike. And in the summer we swim, paddle board, hike, cycle or go for long beautiful drives along some of the most scenic roads in Ontario. Also there are so many choices of restaurants and events to experience in all four seasons.
I have been privileged to be in the Real Estate profession helping people buy or sell their homes since 2006 in the GTA and am now excited to be able to use my expertise to help people in the beautiful Southern Georgian Bay area, specializing in Collingwood, The Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach and Meaford. With a background in accounting, design, property management and construction I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer to my clients.
