About Sara Rowshanbin
Born and raised in Toronto, Sara studied Kinesiology at Western University before parlaying her skills into a career in real estate. She began her career on the front lines of the industry as an administrator on new development sites.
Since then, Sara’s career has been a remarkable ascent. Specializing in both pre-construction and resale, she has been involved in the launch and sales of more than 50 pre-construction condominium projects across Toronto. Having worked with several of the city’s top developers, she has gained valuable insight into all facets of the condominium market. Her strong research and analytical skills, developed during her time at market research firm Urbanation, combined with her experience in sales and marketing, set her apart from her peers.
Sara has lived in and invested in numerous Toronto neighbourhoods, including Yorkville, Uptown, the Downtown Core, The Beaches, Corktown, the Entertainment District, West Queen West, Regent Park, and North York. She has also served as a director on condominium boards ranging from 54 to 793 suites, giving her a unique perspective on condominium ownership and governance.
Passionate about professionalism and ethics in a fast-moving industry, Sara has been awarded the designation of Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. She also serves on the Professional Standards Hearing Panel for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, reviewing and rendering decisions on complaints alleging breaches of MLS® Rules and Policies, Board By-Laws, and/or sections of the CREA Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice.
