About Robert Meynell

Robert has worked in real estate for over 20 years, first as an investor, then in sales at leading international commercial brokerages where he specialized in multi-family assets. In recent years, he has broadened his business to include single-family residential.
As an investor in multi-family income properties, Robert developed an expertise in identifying value-add opportunities, as well as managing and maintenance, enabling him to offer insights and solutions on a broad range of issues.
For over a decade he has put his expertise to work to help his clients achieve optimum prices in the sale of multi-family, industrial and residential assets, both large and small, as well as guiding them in finding the ideal property and facilitating a smooth transaction.
Working at Chestnut Park, Robert is excited to bring the marketing and transaction management expertise of our high-performing brokerage to his clients, helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Robert was born and raised in midtown Toronto and has a PhD from University of Ottawa.
