"I was born in Brantford Ontario & have lived in Toronto, Kitchener/Waterloo & London, working my entire career as a sales rep/manager for construction related companies - mostly cement & concrete product related firms, servicing the new home building markets.
I have gained a very broad understanding of construction practices, while working with both large & small General Contractors, Home Builders, Surveyors, Planners and Engineers.
I moved up to live full time in Eugenia, back some 25 years ago, and met many trades, from foundation companies & framers, to master carpenters & stone masons. Being from the city, it took some time to get to know the best handymen, plumbers, electricians, roofing companies, grass cutting firms, snow blower operators, septic tank & tile bed companies, chalet cleaning staff,& other trades. I now have 100s of contacts, to help & pass on to you.
I have vigorously pursued my sports of skiing, snow shoeing, mountain & road biking, tennis, & golf, enjoying this wonderful valley to the fullest. In 1995, the Beaver Valley Ski Club, hired me to sell the memberships that became available as families retired from the club. I continue to be involved in this capacity today. So, now onto the final and probably, the most rewarding career – Selling Real Estate in the Beaver Valley & on Lake Eugenia, in Grey Highlands & the encompassing Southern Georgian Bay area.
