"I was licensed as a salesman in 1975 and as a Broker in 1981. My areas of specialty are houses and condominiums in the established neighbourhoods of central Toronto such as Rosedale, North Toronto and Lawrence Park. I have worked at Chestnut Park Real Estate since 2002.
Sharing my knowledge and experience empowers my clients. I assist them in discovering what is possible. Armed with timely knowledge and facts, they are well positioned to make their own 'best decisions.' Once they are educated, they sell with confidence and buy with conviction. My job is to identify options and to open the right doors.
I have lived in central Toronto all my life. During that time, the neighbourhoods served by the Yonge Street subway line have become more and more desirable and risen in value accordingly. My mission is to make buying and selling real estate an enjoyable and profitable experience for my clients."
