About Lizanne Bertrand
Whether you are a first time buyers or a seasoned buyer, finding the perfect home for each individual client always provides me with great pleasure. It is the reason I enjoy working in real estate. My success is tied to an understanding that each clients needs, nice to haves, and must haves are different. Service, Understanding and Integrity are the fundamental pillars to my approach with buyers and sellers.
Before I entered real estate I was a senior role in international Marketing for over 20 years for B Cosmetics and Toy Business. This foundation provided me with an understanding of how to get a product to market quickly, competitively and strategically.
I entered the real estate market with my mother, a top performer in the business for over 40 years. Through working with her I gained a quick understanding the art of pricing, positioning, staging and most importantly negotiation.
I work with clients in Central Toronto, East Toronto and along the Lakefront both in condos and residential homes resale. Furthermore I am able to help and guide you with all other real estate markets across Ontario.
