A well-respected specialist in the luxury real estate marketplace, Kristen was instrumental in selling and managing sales for the entirety of the exclusive condominiums above the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto on behalf of Westbank, one of the world’s most recognized developers. In addition to the Shangri-La she also assisted in the sales and marketing of Vancouver House designed by Starchitect Bjarke Ingles, and her most recent endeavour was a successful launch of Toronto’s most iconic residential offering, Bjarke Ingles’ KING, achieving one of the highest PPSF for a project in the industry. She consulted on the recent brand change from Trump tower to the St. Regis Hotel and Residences and has represented buyers and sellers in some of the most prestigious Canadian addresses such as the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in addition to the abovementioned properties.
