Kim Nguyen began her professional career in the fashion industry working in the buying office at Eaton’s department stores. Over the course of 20 years, she developed into an entrepreneurial executive and a veteran in managing sales, marketing, operations, personnel and merchandising at the district, regional, national, international and corporate level for both start-up and established retail franchise, distribution and manufacturing companies.
With her sustained love of sales and marketing and her intrigue in the direction the real estate market was heading towards, Kim decided to embark on a career in real estate over 10 years ago, after relocating back to her hometown of Toronto.
