I enjoy working with buyers to help them find ideal cottage properties, whether they are looking for a good valued cottage property to redevelop or a luxury move in ready cottage property. I take the time to learn about my client’s needs and wants right from the beginning. I understand that my clients are busy and their time is valued, keeping this in mind I make every effort to make their decision making process as easy and simple as possible. What I offer my clients as a great service is, a personally preselected client specific list of only waterfront cottage properties which would be ideal for them.

My service goes above and beyond the purchase or sale of a cottage property, as I often help my clients by referring other reputable businesses & trades. I often let my clients know about upcoming community events to attend, and I will often help my clients interested in renting their cottage or help them find a cottage rental."
