Keith Hull, Broker - Collingwood Office

Keith Hull, Broker, has been active in both the property / rental management and real estate profession since 1999 and specifically as a licensed REALTOR® since 2004.  Most recently, Keith finished his second and final four-year term as a municipal politician most recently servicing as Mayor for the Town of Collingwood. 

Keith’s experience as a REALTOR® ranges from selling single-family residential, recreational (with an emphasis on new builds and condominiums) to waterfront and commercial real estate. 

In addition to working with individual buyers and sellers in his capacity as a Broker with Chestnut Park Real Estate, Keith has had the pleasure of working with and representing several leading developers as part of their sales teams including Intrawest ULC, Skyline investments, Hanson Development Group and Bremont Homes, with an emphasis on four-season recreational estate.  He has also represented several clients providing consulting services.   

Originally from Waterloo, Ontario, Keith has made Collingwood his permanent home since 1996.  In addition to serving two terms as a local politician, he has served as a two-term Director with the Lakelands Association of REALTORS® as well as numerous Boards and Committees both in a professional and personal capacity.
