About Katie Rennie

Raising a family in central Toronto has given Katie new insight and appreciation of this great city in which she grew up. First hand knowledge of schools, programs and activities is included in her comprehensive approach to fulfilling clients’ real estate desires and needs. Further, she and her husband have extensively renovated their homes, so seeing the potential and possible challenges in properties. This is a lens through which she helps her clients evaluate properties, building sites, homes and condominiums.

Prior to joining Chestnut Park, Katie worked as a Certified Financial Planner at boutique firms servicing the entire financial well being for her elite clientele. She includes this deep financial knowledge in her holistic understanding of her clients’ needs. In essence, Katie brings personal and financial experience to her clients’ real estate needs. Katie's renowned negotiating skills contribute to the excitement and success of the process - THE RESULT: happy and smooth real estate transactions for her clients!

Beyond being involved with the schools her children attend, Havergal College, Sterling Hall and Crescent School, Katie has decades of involvement with Camp Oochigeas, Wellspring, The Granite Club Swim Team, Huron University (Hons BA 1994) and Queen’s University (BSc 1996). When able to take time off in the city, she can often be found at the ROM and AGO where she is a member.
