About Kathryn Harris
Kathryn approaches real estate with energy, integrity, intelligence and over 25 years of experience. After a successful career as Sales Manager of a design firm working primarily for Four Seasons Hotels, Kathryn followed her passion for real estate and design and joined a national real estate firm. In her second year in the business, she was “top ten” in Canada.
All agents are not created equal and Kathryn has a very special skill for finding the most extraordinary matches both on and off the market for each and every one of her buyers, often showing them only one or two houses. She also has the unique reputation of being one of the first agents to personally stage her own listings “long before it was a market norm,” which has allowed her to strategically negotiate the highest prices for each of her sellers. Her objective is to provide housing solutions that positively impact her clients' lives, building wealth through real estate.
In 1995, she was recruited by Chestnut Park, the foremost luxury boutique real estate firm in Toronto. The rest is history; Kathryn has successfully achieved the prestigious Chairman’s Club, the highest sales award yearly from 1995 to 2025. While specializing in Rosedale, Moore Park, Yonge and Summerhill, she is knowledgeable in all central Toronto neighbourhoods.
