About Kate Slater
I was born and raised in Bracebridge and have a love for Muskoka that is contagious. Having grown up in Muskoka, I have strong connections and extensive knowledge of the area and local Real Estate market. For five years, I worked at a local Luxury Golf Resort managing the preconstruction sales and rentals of Lofts, Villas and Homes.
I am motivated, enthusiastic and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my clients are satisfied. Buying or selling a home or cottage can be stressful without the right guidance. I believe that good communication skills and customer service are the key components in building long-lasting, genuine relationships with my clients. When you buy a home or cottage in Muskoka, you are buying into a lifestyle. I pride myself on making the process fun and enjoy touring clients around the area to show them all that the area has to offer.
When I am not working, you can find me sailing our Hobie Cat on Lake Joe, fishing my favourite spots on Lake Muskoka, downhill and cross-country skiing, and exploring the many trails, lakes, restaurants, shops and events happening throughout the Region.
