Karen is excited to be working with Chestnut Park and starting her real estate business in the Huntsville area. Karen is a Registered Professional Planner and has worked both as a municipal planner and a private sector land use planning consultant.

My husband and I operated, Clearwater Builders, a cottage construction company in Temagami for the past 30 years. We achieved success by establishing long term client relationships, providing outstanding customer service and offering quality workmanship.
When we decided to move closer to our children and grandchildren, we chose Muskoka because it is so scenic, and we really like the hustle and bustle of summer and the tranquility of winter. We are so fortunate to be surrounded by the beauty of nature and sharing in the joy of families having fun.
I am also a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) with my own consulting company, Clearwater Planning where I have helped many people maximize their investment by representing them in planning applications, and permits for buildings, septic systems, and docks. Official Plans and Zoning By-laws can be daunting, but with my experience as both as a municipal planner and private planning consultant I can quickly determine how to increase the potential of your property for the highest return.
