About Judy Hume
I love Toronto: its diversity, its abundance of opportunity, its irrepressible energy. I owe a great deal to my past experience, which has shaped me into the sales representative I am today. I served as a head nurse at Sick Kids Hospital, where I excelled at delivering confident instruction and compassionate care under a great deal of pressure. I also worked in the food business, where my success rested on my capacity to think quickly and creatively while keeping my customers’ needs front and centre.
Accordingly, I have taken no shortcuts in mastering the real-estate market; I have developed a superior eye for value and an ability to negotiate with my clients’ interests in mind, whether it’s a matter of buying or selling. I have a proven track record of helping my clients buy and sell in the many neighbourhoods that constitute Toronto and the neighbouring communities. I have felt empowered by their trust in me and as a result have worked tirelessly to help them relocate and find value where it didn’t seem to exist. I have all the technological expertise to serve my clients, but there is nothing more important than strong people skills. I am a professional who always works in a spirit of kindness and humility because buyers and sellers need to feel heard, seen, and comforted. And sometimes they simply need to laugh, to feel some of the weight lifted off their shoulders.
I firmly believe that real-estate goals can be met without stress and anxiety. My track record suggests that my clients do enjoy doing business with me.
