Beyond his years of experience as a Real Estate Broker, James also relies upon nearly 10 years of previous experience in legal real estate and financial services, where James developed a solid understanding of real estate dynamics strongly positioning him to provide professional services to clients. His background provides him with unique knowledge of the various legal aspects of real estate transactions, such as clarifying discrepancies in legal descriptions/title, registering and discharging mortgages and liens, and mortgage financing. James has also developed strong relationships with high value clients and directed multi-million dollar referrals to his vast network of professionals including financial service advisors, insurance providers, tradespeople and lawyers.
Having purchased his first property at the age of 19, an 1892 home located in a heritage district, James also frequently relies on his extensive personal real estate experience which includes various aspects of interior design, renovations, new build freehold and condominium construction and heritage restoration. Relying on this extensive professional and personal real estate experience, James consistently brings his passion and energy to helping clients through every aspect of the real estate transaction.
James resides with his family in the Central Toronto neighbourhood known as Chaplin Estates and frequently services many of Toronto's premier neighbourhoods including Forest Hill, Chaplin Estates, Casa Loma, South Hill, Rathnelly, The Annex, Yorkville, Summerhill, Rosedale, Allenby, Lytton Park, Bedford Park, Teddington Park, Lawrence Park, Hoggs Hollow, Cabbagetown and has also frequently worked in Toronto’s east and west end neighbourhoods including North Riverdale, Playter Estates, Leslieville, Upper Beaches, South Riverdale, Trinity Bellwoods, Roncesvalles, High Park, Swansea, Baby Point, Harbord Village to name a few.
