About Greg McInnis
Greg's passion for real estate, commitment to his clients and customer service mentality, work ethic, experience and knowledge of the waterfront recreational real estate market, and education and experience in sales and marketing, have all contributed to him being the well respected and successful real estate professional that he is today.
Greg graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Commerce and concentration in sales & marketing management. For the next 15 years he held corporate sales and marketing management positions at some of the largest, most well respected, entertainment companies in Canada, climbing the ranks along the way. In early 2011, fueled by a desire for change in his personal & career life & seeing a gap in the local real estate market, Greg, who had owned recreational property in Haliburton since 2005, made Haliburton his permanent residence and was half of a two person team that brought the Chestnut Park brand to the area. Through hard work & a commitment to superior customer service, he and his team became the #1 team in the Haliburton waterfront real estate market starting his first full year and maintained that position for the next 7 years.
In 2020, Greg made the personal decision to work independently and as a result has had his best year in real estate ever.
Greg has also increased his profile and promoted the Haliburton area by being a host on popular real estate shows including W Network’s “Buying the View” and HGTV's "Island Hunters"
