About Erin Brearton
As a lifelong resident of Toronto, Erin’s passion for the real estate industry has been fuelled by her interest and enthusiasm for urbanism. Erin began her career in the industry in 2015 as an assistant to Maggie Lind and, as such, has learned every possible angle of the transactional experience. Erin remains an integral part of The Maggie Lind Real Estate Team, and since she transitioned to working in sales, she has achieved the top Chairman’s Award standing at Chestnut Park and is an exceptionally devoted advocate for all of her clients.
Working mainly with first-time homebuyers, Erin ensures her clients are the first to know about new inventory, are educated accurately on market value, and are represented professionally and astutely in negotiations.
