Hi, I’m Crystal. I was born and raised in Niagara Falls, attended college in Peterborough, then spent three years living in BC until I found my way to Muskoka in 2011. Becoming a Real Estate Broker was inevitable. In my early years, I was fascinated with cash - flowing properties. The investment side of Real Estate fueled me, and I was keen to learn everything about Real Estate. This led me to become an Administrative Assistant at a local Real Estate firm, followed by a Deals Administrator, then a Licensed Assistant, and finally a Real Estate Broker. Connecting buyers with sellers is what I do. Simply put, I love Real Estate. My philosophy is keeping it simple. I believe in total transparency by being straightforward with all parties involved and always offering my honest opinion.

On a more personal note, first and foremost I am Everett’s mom. My son is my pride and joy, and the reason behind my driven attitude. My husband Craig is a carpenter who has been building cottages in Muskoka for over 20 years and proudly owns Craig Watson Construction Inc. As a family, we embrace everything Muskoka has to offer. From hiking to four-wheeling, snowshoeing to snowmobiling, fishing to boating, the Muskoka lifestyle keeps us busy!
