About Bente O'Leary

Bente is originally from Norway but spent most of her childhood growing up in Vancouver, British Columbia. Since 1999, Bente has been proud to call Toronto home. Bente and her husband, Dennis, have two adult children and a yellow Labrador Retriever named Finn.

Since entering the exciting world of real estate more than 20 years ago, Bente has gained a vast array of experience in both the Toronto and Vancouver real estate markets. Bente sells houses and condominiums in Toronto’s central core, ranging from entry-level properties to the luxury market. Her niche and expertise in condominiums have resulted in numerous sales awards for service excellence.

As the appeal of condominiums expanded and evolved over the years to include not only first-time buyers but also empty nesters downsizing from houses into condominiums, Bente became highly skilled at helping homeowners transition into the condominium lifestyle. Whether selling a house or condo, Bente and her team provide a vast array of services and expertise, ensuring an effortless transition.

Being a good listener and carefully considering the needs of her many clients has allowed Bente to seamlessly match buyers and sellers in a stress-free and enjoyable environment. Bente’s many interests include studying music at the Royal Conservatory of Music, where she successfully completed Grade 10 piano. Bente continues to study music at the RCM and hopes to one day attain her ARCT. Other hobbies include art history, cross-country and downhill skiing, tennis, biking, hiking, snowshoeing, art collecting, and Rhône Valley reds!

Bente has also dabbled in television and film, working as an extra, and was most recently featured in the real estate reality show *Who Lives Here?*
