Since its inceptions, Chestnut Park has developed a winning image associated with distinctive homes. Catherine Deluce has committed the organization to providing the finest, most customized real estate service available. This means responding quickly to changes in the market, and working aggressively to deliver the best possible results.

Chris Kapches is a lawyer with an extensive background in financial institutions and real estate organizations. Chris provides both Chestnut Park sales representatives and their clients with immediate access to legal counsel and guidance. This results in the best outcome for all parties involved in a real estate transaction and enables Chestnut Park to provide the most customized service available in the industry. Chris has a long history of involvement with the Toronto Real Estate Board including the role of executive vice-president and has served on the board's numerous committees.

Justine is the Vice-President of operations for Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, Brokerage. She is responsible for ensuring that the ongoing development of Chestnut Park's services and operating infrastructure continues to meet the needs of all Chestnut Park sales representatives and shareholders. In addition to her operational duties, Justine is also engaged in business development and in the strategic planning process for the firm. Prior to joining Chestnut Park, Justine acted as a policy advisor to various Ministers for the Province of Ontario.

Richard Stewart is a lawyer with experience in real estate who has practiced law in both the private and public sectors. He contributes additional depth and support to the Chestnut Park management team and ensures ongoing and immediate accessibility to legal counsel and assistance on professional and practical issues that arise in the course of real estate transactions and related services. Richard is committed to maintaining and promoting Chestnut Park's premiere reputation for quality service and professionalism.
